Body deodorant spray: Should we use it?

Body odor can make us rather embarrassing in some cases. To many of us, we have to deal with serious body odors whenever under high temperature, though there are many ways are suggested to improve the situation besides the most commonly-used body deodorant spray.

We’re told to take bath for more times so that we can keep our body clean in hot days; we have also been told that garlic, onions, and curry are classic BO instigators that can make your smell even worse; Our clothes also count. There are certain synthetic materials that don't breathe very well, unless they've been specifically designed for that purpose (like polyester blends). If you're really worried about body odor wear fabrics like cotton, wool, or silk as they soak up moisture and have better breathe-ability; in extreme cases—when over-the-counter products don't do the job—some people may ask their dermatologists for botox injections. This is an FDA-approved procedure and helps prevent sweating from occurring—but you'll need injections every three to four months. There's also a new device that uses microwave technology to permanently eliminate underarm sweat glands—but it only works on that area.

So should we still use the cost-effective body spray?

There is no doubt that body deodorant can help greatly improve your body smell. As we all know, deodorants can help to kill the bacteria that causes odor when we perspire. As it is a more natural process to aloe our bodies to sweat, making more sense for us to use deodorants. Aluminum-free underarm deodorants play a very important role in keeping us clean and fresh. Besides, we can also see that that to use the deodorant seems the most efficient way if you find your body smelly. Just spray it on the smelly parts and you will find the function is immediate.

However, there are also some doubts about the usage of body deodorant spray these days.  Some experts are concerned teenagers are over-using deodorant, warning that inhaling chemicals from the aerosols may cause allergic skin reactions, asthma and breathing difficulties. Actually, many people have the view that the antiperspirants and the deodorants are same. However, this is not the case.

Deodorants let go the smell of sweat by breaking down the sweat and the bacteria which causes body odor. An antiperspirants blocks down the sweat glands and stops the production of the sweat by up to fifty percent. Aluminum Chlorhydrate, a chemical manufactured from aluminum, is the key ingredient which helps to the sweat blockage. And this ingredient is present in small quantities in both the deodorants and the antiperspirants. Nevertheless, this small quantity can affect a person health due to long term absorption. There was an exceptionally high use of deodorant for personal hygiene. It was used in a fairly confined space against the advice of the canisters.

We can then come to a conclusion that we can use deodorant spray, but it cannot be overused. Besides, we should also avoid using body spray for lady on our face. If you hope the fragrance be strong enough, to use perfume is nice choice! Try to avoid overusing body spray, for the ingredient of some body spray can be harmful to our body.
